Brasserie Dupont, located in the province of Hainaut, occupies a prominent place in the Belgian history of beer. The farm itself was built in 1759 and the brewery has been continuously active since 1844. The production originally consisted of a light version of Saison, and since 1950 the brewery has specialized in brewing top fermented beers with a second fermentation in the bottle. Since 1990 they are also brewing an entire portfolio of organic beers. Still, the most famous of their beers are Moinette Blonde and Saison Dupont.

The production is carried out in a traditional manner, however with the help of some High technology. It is also further adapted to care for the environment.
