Omnipollo Nebuchadnezzar 8,5% 30 l

Nebuchadnezzar is a home brew recipe scaled up 1: 1. It's an attempt to recreate the intense experience that only a home brew can offer. Nebuchadnezzar gives a strong aroma and flavor with hints of grapefruit, pine and citrus, as well as light caramel notes and a dry finish. Pour it cool or drink it straight from the bottle, but however you do it - drink it fresh!

Omnipollo has since the start 2010 won several awards for their brews and innovation. Their double IPA, Nebuchadnezzar, won prize as the best beer at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival 2012. 2013 they won prize as the “Beer developer of the year” with the motivation that they in courageously, pleasurable and innovative ways developed the Swedish beer culture and moved the boundaries of what beer can look, taste, be brewed and rewritten. Henok Fentie and Karl Grandin, who are the names behind Omnipollo, creates recipes for brews at home and then travels to various breweries around the world where they brew their beer. Omnipollo are in other words gypsy brewers and do it with the ambition to change the perception of beer - forever.
